An engineering partner for organisations building on AI, cloud and data.

We work across four connected practices — and the connection is the point. AI systems need clean, governed data. Data platforms need well-architected cloud beneath them. Quantum work grows out of the same optimisation and modelling problems our AI teams already handle. Most clients start with one practice and pull in the others as the scope becomes clear.

We build to run in production, not to demo well. Testing, monitoring, security review, documentation and cost discipline are part of every engagement — not a phase that gets cut when timelines tighten.
what we do

Four practices, one delivery team

Each practice stands on its own. Together they cover the full path from raw data to a production system your team can run.

Cloud Engineering

Architecture, migration and modernisation across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. IAC, Kubernetes, CI/CD, security and managed operations — with cost engineering designed in rather than bolted on afterwards.

WHY AROCOM

Why organizations work with us

01

We Engineer for Production

Proof-of-concepts are easy. We build systems with testing, observability, rollback paths and documented handover, so what we deliver keeps working after we leave.

02

Four Practices, One Team

AI, cloud, data and quantum sit under one roof. When a data problem turns out to be an infrastructure problem, you don’t need a second vendor and a new discovery phase.

03

Cost Discipline by Default

Budgets, tagging, right-sizing and spend visibility are designed into the build. We treat an unexplained cloud bill as an engineering defect.

04

Everything as Code

Infrastructure, pipelines and deployments are version-controlled, reviewable and reproducible. No undocumented manual changes, no environments only one person understands.

05

Security and Governance Built In

Least-privilege access, encryption, data lineage and compliance alignment are part of the architecture from the first design review — not a hardening exercise before go-live.

06

We Hand Over Properly

Documentation, runbooks and enablement are deliverables, not favours. The goal is your team owning what we built, with us there when you want us.
How we work

Four stages, no mystery

Every engagement follows the same shape, whichever practice you start with.

1 Assess

We start by understanding the actual problem and the constraints around it — current systems, data, team capacity, budget and timeline. You get prioritised findings, not a sales deck.

2 Design

Target architecture, delivery sequence and cost model, agreed in writing before any build starts.

3 Build

Incremental delivery in short cycles, so value lands before the full scope is complete and direction can change without wasted work.

4 Operate

Monitoring, optimisation, iteration and enablement — for as long as it’s useful to you.

Not sure which practice you need?

Most projects don't arrive neatly labelled. Tell us the problem and we'll tell you where it actually sits — and whether we're the right people for it.
